I created this song just this morning ... I used my Kaossilator to record 4 loops, the first being a drum track, and the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th being looped electric guitars with variously compiled effects. This track was influenced largely by the song "Other Peoples' Lives" by Modest Mouse, as well as the majority of their Moon and Antarctica album. I would also say that the works of Radiohead's Johnny Greenwood were definitely floating around in my mind while I made this. Hope you enjoy it! I believe it's my longest track yet ... I wanted to try and get away from the loops and really experiment a bit more with my pedals, which I rarely do. All of the guitar work that isn't looped was simply my improvization.

  • @ALacunae Thank you! : ) And if you'd like to hear to whole album, it's on my channel as the featured video. You can also download it free from bandcamp or soundcloud. The download links are also on my channel (located at the bottom left).

  • Great work. Enjoyed that you credited your influences, but you've definitely got your own thing going here. Cheers.
