You a dumbass? that's not a Hack, that's a Console Command just type cl_cmdrate (insert number here), doesn't do shit but fake your ping lower depending on the number, ie you have 25 or so ping, type clcmdrate 1 it will go to 5 you fuckin idiot (this is too Xanatos50 btw.)

how do i put in block skins ? i downloaded the files and put it the source fots folder but it dunt work :S
