A series of track clips compiled into a video I hope you all will enjoy. I've tried to tell the complete story of a distance race - the pre-race jitters and how they seem to immediately disperse once the gun goes off. The mid-race adversity: finding strength from anywhere. And even over-coming disapointment from previous failure. I hope this video tells that story and showcases why we all love distance running.
