shes so cute i had 2 surgerys one when i think i was 9 or 10 and theanother one i think i was younger i dont remember but right now im 13 and i have what they call a weak eye or lazy eye one eye is lower then the other just the eye lid and it looks like im sleepy in one eye and the first surgery was to make my eyes sreght ter cuz when i would look at something my eyes were crekid i dont know how to sell that but o well and the other was to make my lid like the other one go to my chanle and see

i was born with a cataract in my left eye. i had the broken lens removed at 5 weeks old. i had a squint as a child and wore an eye patch, through my early years before starting school, on my right eye to make the left stronger. this helped a little but the squint was still there. i had an operation to fix my squint when i was around 8 and that sorted it out pretty well. i'm now 15 and my eye does turn out when im tired but other than that the operation was great. i'd recommend it to anyone :)

I had a squint that was corrected at the age of four. I had to wear an eye patch on the stronger eye to encourage the weak eye to work harder. A girl in my class also wore an eye patch so it was never a problem at school and we were very young. It was never a problem again, although you can sometimes see my 'lazy eye' pointing inwards when I am tired. Also I am slightly short sighted but only in the 'stronger' eye as apparently it was strined in those early years. I hope this reassures parents.
