Oh and the Christie 4 manual, 15 rank theatre organ heard in this recording is still in exisitance, until recently it was installed and playing concerts in the Memorial Hall, Barry, South Wales. The organ is owned and maintaned by the American Theatre Organ Society (ATOS) UK chapter, but I believe it has been removed of late, pending a new home.
This recording has been restored and re-released by organist Terry Hepworth in the UK on his 'Sterndale Records' label...brilliant organist Sidney Torch and of course a fine orchestral leader too...
Terry Hepworth has produced a number CD's featuring his very large collection of theatre organ gramaphone records and LPs, plus I believe has also re-released Big Bands too, all recordings are restored using the CEDAR process

The Regal Edmonton was built in 1934. Therefore this recording must have been after that.
