That was a crazy stretch! Hopefully I'll be that flexible after I do it enough times.

Does this work around the entire hip? I do thai boxing and when I kick the middle of my hip hurts like mad. I think it's the middle. Doing smthing that goes all around would be fantastic since I'm unsure!
