Hi, you mentioned sleepness nights. Spiritually speaking, this is suppose to happen, because fasting is to induce night time worship and meditation. This is the encouraging incentive to most people who fast, so that they can fill engage in spiritual activities during night times. Next time you do a water fast, make the most of that opportunity, it will enrich your overall experience like nothing else.
