My friends have poked fun at me over the years for being a Cyndi Lauper fan.

The girl's got the chops -- always has.

She will be remembered long after the Madonnas of the world have faded into historical footnotes.

I've heard of Cyndi forever but never actually listened to her. I'm sold! What a performer! I would love to see her live. Includes a great true story which really sets the song up and makes a difference in the whole performance. Ya get a "two-fer." Thanks so much for posting.

This lady is a class act. If you have NEVER seen her live and have a chance GO. She is a GREAT show. Full of energy and a wonderful voice. She really goes into the crowd, runs all over and still the same voice. TRUE talent!!!!
