I never saw myself as a libertarian. I began to study libertarian philosophy bc I wanted to know what was this "new" political idealogy and thought. Where did it come from & why would anyone would be stupid to follow this cause.

I never thought that in my research that I would brace libertarian idealogy to my very core. I never realized that it is not a "new" thought or philosophy, but an idea that has been in existance since the word freedom was created.

MLK was a libertarian.

Its sad people didnt pay attention to Ron Paul nor the words of Martin Luther King

they voted on a man based on the color of his skin and the smoothness of his words ....not the content of his character.

We paid for it too what we got was a Dubya in a black face makeup. A wallstreet sock puppet ready to continue what old Dubya and Cheney started.

Paul supports individual rights. He didn't agree with the legislation because he saw it as collectivist - giving special privileges to a certain group of people based on the color of their skin, and that's not what King, Jr, fought for.

What a shame Ron Paul didn't get elected President instead of Obama. Ron Paul appears to be the only politician in Washington with any integrity and honour.

I hope that America votes Ron Paul in as President during their next election.

except he will be like a gagillion years old.
