Negative frequency is like positive frequency except in reverse direction on the x. Additionally, being a sine wave, the wave will hit -1 first when the frequency is negative (as opposed to hitting 1 first when positive). So, both waves would be oscillating from 1 to -1 in terms of amplitude (y) but would travel in two different directions on the x. This will make more sense when I get to using [tabread4~] for sampling where you'll see how negative frequency is used to reverse a sound.

i have a simple question i guess... i watch some tutorials and didnt find what i looking for... i need to know how i get the frequency from a music that i read from oggread object.. if anyone know about that plz let me know... thx

How come when you dragged the number atom for 'modulator freq' into the negative numbers it still worked fine. How does it receive negative frequency?
