Machaalah, your face got what we call Noor with hijab, I am a muslim too and don't wear hijab yet (I will inchaalah), I work in a hospital as well in USA, I know you have to be very strong and have more than a faith but a love of Alah that leave no fear in your heart about what people going to look at you.
