With that being said, the flight which they needed to board in order to get back to the island with a limited window was Ajira Flight 316 from LA to Guam. That is the plane in which Desmond denied going on.
Flight 815 is from Oceanic Airlines, it is the plane which crashed on September 22, 2004 on the Island.
