The main power for the scalar interferometer electron accelarition cannons and the exotermic Barrier-class forcefields was delivered by a Orfeus furnace-class gravitational repulsor wave engine (the same that the Noah class sattelite city-colony ships had).? The princips were: Two rotating gravitational singularities around each other, creating huge circular gravitational waves in the process, which provides the output of energy necessary for the ship´s operation(dont know how).

The Exelion on the other hand used the Anhilation engine only as back up and or as an auxilliary engine for evasive manuevers.

To answer your questions about the drives of the Nautilus and (it is not Excerion) Exelion
The Nautilus had a Anhilation engine aka antimatter engine. Protons (hydrogen nuclei) and antiprotons (anti-H) are coliding together and because they have a different quantum spin(dont know) they anhilate eachother in the process, "destroying" nearly 97% of their mass into pure electromagnetic energy.

the first Nautilus is an Eritrium model ship with a "para annhilation" engine. (the eritrium was an old atlantean starship adapted as a submarine from Nemo Crew).
The new is an Exelion model with an engine that creates two little black holes and use them to create energy.
dunno websites with informations but you can watch the "nadia omake theather episode 10" here on youtube for informations about the two ships.
