Ride in my friend's brand new Ferrari California. This was the car's maiden voyage, so because of the break-in period, we couldn't take if over 5,000rpm. We left Reno and headed up to Beautiful Lake Tahoe, then made our way to Virginia City and went up the Ferrari Hillclimb route. I appologize for the wind noise. We spotted a black Rolls-Royce Phantom right before the tunnel. Turn your speakers up!

  • right before the tunnel down shift than step on it!

  • @311mcnick During the time of this video, the car was not properly broken in. Ferrari recommends waiting at least 650 miles before letting the car go over 5k RPMs. The car has since gone past the 650 mile mark (by far) and has seen redline on every drive since. ;)

  • I love the California combines the essence of Ferrari in small format, which is Tahoe? 5 stars

  • @VectorFanGT Thanks. Lake Tahoe is the lake on the Nevada/California border.

  • wow the california is alot louder than the 599

  • @PantherFan1582 In my opinion, it's the same. I was very suprised as to how loud the California was in person.
