Hey, I used carb cleaner (instead of brake cleaner) and a screwdriver, but I didn't want to force the screwdriver through because I couldn't see which direction the manifold hole goes inside... does it go straight through or to the side(s)? I didn't get the manifold cleared, so I'll try it again with wire hanger and brake cleaner. Also, I'm getting P1399 code now. Might be because T-body gasket was stuck and tore. I'll stop by Menards to get gasket sealer. Please LMK manifold hole direction.

hi there, I believe the EGR valve comes with a drill and a special tube. What happens if i drill the intake manifold but don't put the tube in it? That is what happens if i make that hole slightly bigger. Will that have any effect on performance, or on anything at all since it is just for recirculation?

hey man i have a 2002 3.2 tl . i got p0301,p1300 and p1739 code. should i do the same thing as u because the codes are for engine misfire. the car was idling rough . i had replaced the sparkplugs last year so i know they are not the problem.
