What's Wrong With My Head?

I was recording a video direct from my webcam which I just installed on an older computer (which still exceeds the minimum requirements) when I noticed something wrong with the way I looked on screen, besides the bad hair. I was all twitchy, and I'm really not normally that way at all. It looked a little funny and so I messed with it for a little over a minute. I'd like to add music to it but right now I'm going to just let it be what it is. Please don't use this to scare your children. Thanks!
Note: I do know what caused this, it's just a skippy frame rate and some of the frames are missing randomly due to data loss. So geeks need not explain.
