My three cats and my golden were just like this. The only disagreements were among the cats over who would get Samanthas attention. Two of the cats and Samantha are gone now. Yes, it brought tears to my eyes.

Just an update. Gabriel and Stanley are both well and continue to spar for the sport of it. We also find them snuggled together from time to time, tho not so much in this warm weather. Bob
