Keep the island in natural state, limited eco-tourism is good but, it may damage the tranquility and natural quality of the islands. dont you think going to the Spratly is like going back into time, when all of Philippine islands was paradise? Lets not exploit these island, but preserve.

did i say the Philippines is stupid? all i said was, the Philippines is the most corrupt government in the world. Take for example the number of money being sent home by overseas filipinos. With that much wealth, all it goes to are the people in politics... but then again, you do make a good point that these politicians are voted by the citizens. The Philippines is the most corrupt government in the world.
