I feel like Phantom should have kept House alive. So that he can take him all around the Lucky 38's Penthouse in a wheelchair while dancing to "I can't Decide whether you should Live or Die", all while he has Yes Man send the Securitrons out to conquer the entire Mojave Wasteland!
