2008 Pokemon World Championships in Orlando, Florida

Finalists from more than 20 countries converged in Orlando on Aug. 16 and 17, 2008 to compete for the ultimate title of Pokémon Trading Card Game World Champion and competitors from the U.S. and Japan competed in the Pokemon Video Game Showdown as well.
