The only place I'd ever seen something with "REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT" on it was in every Space Shuttle's white room, just before launch. I even think it was the same font. So I thought it was NASA gag. I don't know if Destin works for NASA (wouldn't be surprised, though) but his father does.
