try keeping your hand under the ball all the way through to the release. If you flip your hand over too early, it will cause the ball to use up energy too early on the lanes.

@ss2049 What did you think of the Striking Motion overall? 5 stars? How does it compare to some of the better high-performance balls out there (Virtuals, Cells, Mission, Mega Recovery, The Sauce etc.) Thanks.

I got this ball and a evolve. I was thinking of selling one. Which one should I keep? I like the rg and diff on the evolve better. The SM has a higher mass bias though.

absolutely love this ball... my average has gone from 182 last year to 200 this year... threw my first 300 with it

i got this ball drilled a week ago and i just bowled my high of 210 tonight in league

i got this ball abou 2 months ago and it's starting to lose it's "zing!!"

sand it down to 1000 abralon and see the difference :) if it leaves too many 10 pins that means that it hooks too late......

i hate this ball so much got it 3 weeks ago and it leaves way to many ten pins for me
Hey how are you on a sport shot? Im just curious because i think you should be taking this game a little more serious.

I'm getting better on more difficult patterns, I am done bowling on house shots after this season, I will be bowling on sport conditions from now on to sharpen my game. I have been working on my game for the past year, been improving, I have all intentions of going on tour someday, gotta refine my game a lot more still.

I have a question: I've been watching your videos and think your release is wicked sick! That being said, I also love my Ebonite Playmaker and though I don't have a striking motion, I like it a lot. But when you slowed down the video in this one it was clear to see your backswing and release. I've read about the idea od the 5-6-7 oclock middle finger positions for rev rate strength. That shot looked like your middle finger wasn't at the 7 for killer revs yet you rev like crazy! how? please help?

I appreciate all the comments. I don't know much about the 5-6-7 middle finger position, the way to generate revs is in the wrist and unloading action at the bottom of the swing. Fingers are important, you just need to get the right combo and keep it under control, that's more important than how many revs you can get. Just practice with different releases till you achieve you desired rev rate, there's a lot that goes into it, hard to explain how I do it, just comes naturally. :( Sorry.
