This happens in any country or society, especially socialist countries. Try moving to a socialized country and even getting a job! They don't want anyone coming in unless you can provide something special to their society. And, in a lot of those countries your system of care depends on what you accomplish to make that society better. So I don't see how its racist either. Its basic economics and common sense.

IOU Check is fake. They are scarying ya to file your W2 early. 2012 I will stop filing my tax, even if I will be getting 5g back from the IRS. But if you owed IRS some money you need to file your tax and pay them. If you don't. U dont have to do anything.People need to stop filing their taxes cause it will let the states to borrow money from the federal and we have to pay the interest and taxes and that is rising every year. Stop filing and they dont have the reason to raise tax n interest.

As for the IOU's ... PEOPLE GUILTY OF THE CRIME OF "ILLEGAL ENTRY" SHOULD NOT BE COMPENSATED WITH ANYTHING BUT RETURNED TO THEIR GOVT ON THEIR DIME. If this means their assets in the states have to be liqiudated to pay for it so be it.
