Hurricane Bill's high surf pounds Halibut Point State Park in Rockport, Massachusetts, at noon on Sunday August 23, 2009. Videographer - John Browne. Shot on a Sony HVR-Z1U.
After an absence of nearly thirty years, my wife and I returned to Cape Ann for a holiday this past July. Although much has changed, especially in Gloucester, much remains as beautiful as we remembered it. Halibut Point was no exception, well almost - the sea was calm that day. Thanks for the video.
Thanks. I shoot with a Sony HVR-Z1U in standard definition although the camera can shoot HD. I edited on Final Cut Pro and converted it to a large QT movie. The size is about 1GB. I was happy to be on land and not in my boat. Thanks again.
I'm happy you enjoyed it. A beautiful spot.

Beautifull footage! I was out near Plum island on sunday with my Jetski and It was a sight to behold!
Just curious, what type of camera and converters do you use, and what was the file size?
