  • Guily-beyond-a-reasonable-doubt-David's early release from prison is as embarrassing as the initial police investigation into this matter. If David is also granted compensation then it will become utterly shameful for NZ.

  • Good work Martin. Maybe you should try to prove Robin guilty as if he was on trial. Set up a timeline of what he had to have done . To prove Robin guilty you have to create a crazy set of senarios, I think if someone outlines it well it will help the case a lot. David has not only done the crimes but he has tricked a large number of people and has made some people dedicate large parts of their lives to setting free a terrible person.

  • omg, u dont get a fucked up grill like that just by coming home and finding ur family murdered. what frightens the shit out of me is that ALL those ppl cheering 4 him has allowed themselves 2 b duped by this S.O.B. If he can do it, just imagine someone wanting to be another hitler being able 2 pull the wool over them. just saying the EASE at which he was able 2 do this has EXTREMELY FRIGHTENING implications. ppl that allow themselves 2 b tricked so easily scares the shit out of me.

  • Please correct the untrue "20 minutes", which Mrs. Wiblin said was 0 minutes.

Then, please describe how Robin Bain, not drugged, nor handcuffed, allowed a rifle within breathing range, or closer, and why Robin's head shot occurred over the chair.

Cropp said Robin's head was ~30 cm from curtain, ~1.5 metres above floor.

Blood spots(9) on curtain, blood trail on chair, carpet, & beanbag, & blood trails up, and down, from Robin's right knee = clues.. Why was Robin's right foot on that chair?

  • @fingustis

well said, no matter how karam spins the evidence against David, there is no forensic evidence to suggest Robin did it. It is just improbable that david did not do it.

  • fantastic documentary. thank you very much

  • We should be ashamed that karam ever represented this country. He has done us all a great misjustice.

  • How does he live with himself? I'd move country if I was him.

  • It makes me feel absolutely sick when they cheer when he walks out of the court. The evidence against him its so clear and the evidence against his father is simply ridiculous
