beautiful boxing. Technique is class in all aspects. Nice and relaxed, good head movement, speed, counter punching, defensive skills, you have it all. Excellent this is how a boxer should model himself on. Can't salute you enough.

what do you mean by letting your hands go, though?

@xBLOODBAFx letting your hands go means to let your combinations come out without fear of what the other guy will do. In boxing you have to take some risk, and that means letting punches fly sometimes. punches in bunches.

i noticed in the slow mo, when you were just moving between counters, (bob and weave) your hands weren't always moving with youe head.. I was taught to move hands with the head, otherwise chances are you will swing you head right into an opponents fist. Is there a reason why you weren't moving hands with head? Thanks!

In general, keep your hands moving with your head. But as you get better you'll realize that you can bend the rules a bit if you keep other things in mind. Reaction, speed, and continuous movement with counters is the ultimate goal.
