Okay. So... er, basically, Jason and Bill learn how to defend against circular attacks using something called the 360 Defense. Not a big fan of this move.

Idk as I haven't practiced Krav Maga myself. But from what it looks like this technique keeps your arms in a position where you can still protect blows to both your face, chest, and stomach. What I'm curious is how this fares against leg strikes rather than straight blows.

my uncle was a boxer and would do this kind of stuff, and none of us could touch him his reflexes were so fast.
Also think of every street fight you see on htis site, thats how people swing, wild. its really only well trained and composed guys who punc straight on.

Also remember folks you should definitely NOT use this move for anymore than about 4 1/2 seconds as you will make a mistake and as soon as you have countered a swing you should burst in with knees and counterpunches.
