Mad respect to you guys I'm 43 and grew in Avery co . My mom is from Shell creek and she is terrified of everyt especially water and I heard horror stories all of my life about the butler bridget and people jump to there death.Thanks

Pretty cool. I am surprised you guys didnt hurt your self. I have jumped from about 25 feet, But I think that bridge is much higher. In RI> where I live there are some cool jumps. You gotta swim out in the ocean and then climb them and jump. Also In the town I live in Cumberland RI, there are some old mining sight where you can jomp from maybe 40ft.

It did hurt...the back of my leg was a bit bruised. This was the highest thing I have jumped off of and about 2 seconds into it I thought the same thing.

Check out my 421 bridge plunge. I jumped from the top but i dont think its as high as butler. Word is the cops busted you guys for this video, any truth to that?

Saw it on the local news...and you guys are freakin idoits!!! I've driven over the Butler Bridge several times, and I'm scared as heck. U R CRAZEE!!! You know there's a whole city (the old city of Butler) buried under there, and I've heard about the 20 ft long catfish..one gulp and your little skinny rears would never been seen again. Holy Cow!!! Y'all better be careful....it wouldn't be worth losing your life. COMMON SENSE IS BOUND TO MAKE A COMEBACK!!!
