Captain Planet was American, Postman Pat was British, I remember Raggy Dolls airing in the UK but not sure who made it.

@SgtChilly Mr Squiggle was an Australian kids show, so that would probably be why :) Not sure about Raggy Dolls, maybe that was Aussie too.
