There have been Supreme Court cases where the question of legislative jurisdiction was raised. E.G. the federal government may intercede in the case of interstate commerce issues. I am curious as to the contitutional justification or congressional legislation the Feds are using to bypass, supercede, ignore and contradict clear journalistic shield protections in California State law.

So now that BushCo has managed to get Habeus Corpus stripped out of the Constitution. We are all now at risk of facing the same treatment that Josh is getting. The only solution is that once you make your initial video and post it anywhere for the world to see, BURN and destroy your source tapes immediately after so the feds get nothing to use against you.

Because he s fighting for a really VITAL principle.And I guess it s also really just the fact that there are now people out there who do their own thin, their own media ,that take control themselves instaed of the so called forces of law and order that are in reality just protecting the status quo, ie property and money... ( and aren 't all theses films about the awfulness of prison life just a means of deterrence..., like as in stay in yr place...) _
