Is 65g of protein not a bit excessive considering the body can only digest about 30g of protein at a time. Is the rest not wasted?

Do you honestly think both a 220 pound bodybuilder and a 120 pound woman can both only digest 30 grams of protein per meal? Most of the top professional bodybuilders will eat anywhere between 50-100 grams of protein per meal. The amount of protein you eat is all relative to your body size.

are you serious? 70 grams of protein just in the breakfast itself? You are hypre...exaggerating things...u dnt have the real knowledge... I bet you will be taking about 150-200 g of protein everyday....get your kidneys tested...or at least as yor doctor...he will strictly advise u not to advise this shit to others n kill other peoples kidneys
