I love Muscle Milk I think it is the best protein powder on the market. But it is still lacking in some vital nutrients that can help supercharge your body. Here's how to get your shake Jacked Up.

  • ok first off do water first whenever making a shake, get a lot less clumps that way. 2nd, this guys an idiot dont listen to him muscle milk is horribad. the only advice he had that was wroth anything was cold water and have a blender bottle

  • @PhagBucketLive I didn't BUT if you flip the damn shaker after you add the water it's the same thing.

  • I love guys like this... Seasonal bodybuilders...., don't know much about diet and even less about supplements. But they want to be BIG in a month and they walk and talk like they have 10-20 years experience.....

I won't even get in to why MMilk is bad, but let this guy to find out for himself!

  • @iwousa *He's standing right there. IN the room. FYI

  • Can you explain how you "hack" the shake?

  • your not even big you cant give advice homie

  • This guy should post a vid to show us where he's at in his bodybuilding endeavor since he posted this in Jan 7 2007. ...If only the MSG's in musclemilk didn't kill him yet.

  • lol fucking eeew

  • LOL at taking advice from this skinny guy

  • @PhagBucketLive Why is Muscle Milk so bad? Its great for building mass... helped me alot to get in those extra calories i cant eat all day.

  • @loulooks323 The thing you gotta look at with muscle milk its nutrient profile. Off the top of my head i think its 16 grams of protein per scoop but also 6g of fat (3g saturated) and 8g carbs. It may work for ectomorphs or just skinny people, but thats not very much protein and a lot of fat when compared to other popular protein brands. And when it comes to the price, 5lb of this is the same as 5lb of gold standard. Sorry for the rambling, just tryin to get the info out there

  • @PhagBucketLive muscle is pretty good.... but my fav is gold standard 100% whey protein. i agree with the rest of you comment.. the guy looks like he weighs 100 pounds. lol
