Hoisin sauce, Oyster sauce, soy sauce. This recipe is really no different than lo mein with shrimp. A tsp of sesame oil added at the very end will give it a very nice restaurant style taste. You might also enjoy experimenting with different types of soy sauce. This dish would also be good using double dark soy or dark mushroom flavored soy sauce. You can also be more heavy handed with the sauces and just cook them in, for a stronger flavor. Minced garlic & ginger would add greatly to this dish.
