HAMShogi isn't one of the WEAKEST. I think he's quite average.

It's certainly one of the weakest AI's, and is one of the more popular weak AI's. Weaker ones I can think of are the Ultimate Board Game Collection's version of Shotest and ChessVariants' AI, but these two are the most popular "weak category" AI's.
