Foreign is okay, but not overseas? Since Canada and Mexico are not "over seas" I see a couple of continental gaping holes here. What about U.S. territories? Unless some of these islands have gravitated inland, they would be considered overseas, but of course not foreign. Who writes these bills, Donald Duck?

I agree with this completly! SOPA and PIPA are blatantly in opposition too are first ammendment. Large corporations and company ALREADY take advantage of any loopholes that they can find or fabricate. THIS is giving them a flaming sword to bully a bash thier way to more money and power abuse! Its like giving Golieth a force shield while cutting Davids sling!
