  • @petermackett37 I was bemused myself when I heard it!

  • @ceredigio I have no idea!,i have only ever known it as a German tune or the Labour party song,"The Red Flag",which has nothing to do with America!

  • @petermackett37 Shame about the sticking note, think it needs an overhaul!

  • @petermackett37 Why is 'O Tannenbaum' included in it??

  • @ceredigio I think it's an Alan Pell arrangement.

  • @petermackett37 Who arranged it?

  • @petermackett37 It was built by Chiappa in 1954 from Bruder parts

  • @petermackett37 Bressinghams web site says it is a 'Bruder built 48 keyless Chiappa'

  • @petermackett37 Who arranged it? It seems to be playing this one in several of belvueboy's vids, it must have a limited repertoire like the ones at thursford do! And why is it playing 'oh christmas tree' in the middle of summer??, thought that was a german tune!! Not to be rude but this one could do with a bit of a rebuild, that out of tune bass and all those sticking notes!! Is this is a Gavioli or a more modern instrument in vintage style?

  • @tregnier279 The first tune is the ending of 'Marchin' thru georgia' by H. Clay Work. It is not from a musical, at least it was not originally written for one.
