In OEM parts manufacturing, Teixeira Automatic and the General Plant in Taiwan (established more than thirty years ago) are equipped with unique technology and rich experience in lathe and milling processing of high-quality and high-precision parts. Recently, and regardless of the cost, the General Plant introduced Japanese-produced high-quality instruments in QC inspection, including: RoHS analysis and evaluation X-ray, CNC 3D measuring machine and optics testing machine to satisfy our customers' present and future needs.

Teixeira Automatic and the Taiwan General Plant supplement each other, with both mainly engaged in sewing machine, automobile and 3C product parts and components, as well as powder metallurgy; the majority of their customers are located in Japan, United States and Europe, and include: Janome, brother, SRAM, Zimmer, etc. With processing procedure and mould uploading production becoming more and more complicated, the General Plant employed a Japanese consultant to enhance production technology, as well as facilitate the production of major parts and components for the production equipment of brother, OKUMA, etc., that are mainly imported from Japan. The above strict assembly and production procedures are aimed at standardizing industrial application and service, ensuring quality, and constantly pursuing technical breakthrough and after-sale service tracking, as well as providing customers with the very best service.

Witnessing the increasingly severe industrial competition, daily advances of equipment and technology, under the request of the General Plant, Teixeira Automatic has increased its applications to cover artificial joints used mainly in the orthopedics, including hip joint, knee joint, vertebra, etc, that are mainly made of titanium alloy and stainless steel, as the Company embraces a pro-environment philosophy and people-oriented metal design and processing, in order to achieve the next-stage of business reengineering, enhance competitiveness and respect the environment.
