Film it with a digital camera. Or goto google warehouse. Google sketchup is amazing and easy to use.

oh, you have to have iclone first and there is an option in iclone to get models from 3d warehouse

not sure but go to google and type in 3d warehouse and there you can get a bunch of models that will make the city *like the buildings and roads and stuff.
