The Bible says nothing about another Roman empire. The Romans who destroyed Jerusalem in AD 70 were the fulfillment of Daniel's prophecy. What was future for Daniel is now in our past. John wrote the Revelation shortly before Jerusalem fell. The time was near (Rev 22:10). Don't fall for the 'Revived Roman Empire' nonsense.

"...The people of the Prince who will come (future tense of who will do the following) will destroy the city & the sanctuary. (this was the Roman Empire under Titus 70AD. The "City" is Jerusalem & the "sanctuary" is the 2nd Temple). Therefore the people of that Prince Antichrist who will come in the future end time & was among the people (seed = descendants per Daniel 7) is the New Roman Empire=USA

Daniel mentioned a forth kingdom not another 'new' forth which would really be a fifth thousands of years later. Daniel was unsealed by Jesus (Mt 24:15) proving that generation was the time of the end. The end of the old covenant system arrived in AD 70.
