I had a 3 inch pipe coming out of mine, no exhaust, no resonator, no taper, one slight mandrel bend, no cat from the dp back. Try that with a re-tune and you'll pick up a significant amount more hp with better top end. I loved my car, but I wanted to stay away from all the canister exhausts like that just because it attracted all the wrong attention...a straight pipe makes more power and has a deeper growl anyway.
