The 'mistakes' de Gea has supposedly made can be pinpointed to other players. City in the CS: The ball moved alot and couldn't be dealt with at all easily. Basel: Maybe he should have tried to catch rather than kick at it, but who was marking the striker? Exactly. Blackburn: Yes De Gea missed the punch, but no one was marking the scoring striker, and he would have scored if he hadn't come to try and punch it clear. Liverpool: The defenders got pushed back by the Liverpool strikers too easily....

Anyone that criticises a player from their team isn't a true fan. Whether it be Carroll, De Gea or Torres. If you support the team, you should support the manager, and the managers decisions. Anyone that criticises De Gea is plain fucking stupid. The fact Cech complimented him and says he has great potential as one of the worlds best keepers. Most of the mistakes are planted on him, rather than anyone else in the team because he is young, and the replacement to a top class goalie in Van Der Sar.
