    Poverty which is still a problem in the state of Sao Paulo has declined and continue to decline. What needs to be done more is pay the police officers better/more, specially in the suburban and poor suburan areas, invest in prisons that improve human conditions for the prisoners and meanwhile keep going forward on border security where the drugs and weapons enter the country and investments, economic and security in the poor suburban areas.
