Economic opportunity? Really? Where? For whom? The Chinese that is where the corporations, who tend to support Republican economic principles, sent all of the jobs.

yeah, yeah, the tea party is gonna define what conservativeism is, just like the southern "christians" were gonna define it. and what happened to the definition of conservatism by southern "christians" it went the way of gwbush, newt gingrich, falwell, hagee, hinn, dobson, roberston and the rest of the bigots in this country.

@brb941 You people on the right are so ignorant. It is no wonder the majority of registered republican voters don't have college degrees. Anyhow, Bush existed for 8yrs remember? He was the catalyst to the situation we are in. You asked why I evoke race and you turn into this NBPP fiasco. You idiots on the right are grasping at straws and frankly it looks good on you; desperation. Listen you will always be ignorant and blind on the right, that we can agree on. Okay Pumpkin! Now FUCK OFF!
-
@GBTRU Woohoo that will get us far, blaming it on a guy who can not do anything now. Bush this, bush that. That is the same as pulling the race card. Why do you evoke racism, yet not condemn the current administration which seems to take sides with a NBPP member who gave obvious evidence to arrest him? Your movement is dying, because people see the flaws. Your president brought race relations backwards. Not bush
-
@brb941 The reason I evoke racism, is because Bush spent the country into a massive deficit, and there was no marching on Washington about the massive spending. There was no demagogues on TV crying about the country being spent in to oblivion like there is today. Now that there is a Black President, you have this major outcry of the country being destroyed through spending. The current spending is shoring up what the Bush/GOP administration did to the economy.
-
@GBTRU Conservatives are religious by majority, but christianity has nothing to do with their condemnation of spending that has taken place. i don't know why you use obama as a reason to say conservatives are racist. There are black conservatives as well. Conservatives religious or not have the primary interest of reducing spending. Chrisitanity is just a fraction of the real goals of the movement. I've been to a tea party before, and it was a modest protest. No gun waving or racist rederick.

@brb941 Conservatives and Democrats garner around 20-25% of the country respectively. It is the independents that the Conservatives and Democrats try to rally. Also, when you say conservatism is alive, is that the far right Christian ideologues, or the fiscal conservative? Because where the fuck was the fiscal conservative when Bush was ballooning the deficit with two wars, and tax cuts for the wealthy? Why didn't they wake up then? Oh yeah they weren't whipped into a mob, b/c Bush isn't black

@GBTRU conservatism no longer wanted in american homes? Conservatives make up the majority of this country. They only became active, because liberals pushed them into a corner.

@GBTRU Thank you and you deserve obama, palosi, reid, dodd, barney frank. They are liers and crooks. They are destroying this country and blaming it on bush. Hello, DEMS had control for 3.5 years obama 18months. wow, could it be I fear, that the DEMS destroy things as they get power? I say YES, facts are their, they are just really good liars with help from he main stream media
Religous Freedom? I guess he only means freedom for white Christians who think just like him.

Conservatives want to go back to a 1950's mentality, and it fears them of the progression that the US has undertaken. Conservatism is no longer wanted in the majority of Americans homes. Fiscal conservatism is great as an idea, but is never followed by conservatives once they get to office, they spend and spend, and cut taxes for the rich and big business; that is the real conservatism.
