The goal of El Fuerte infinite combo is not to make massive damage, but to stop it just before the oponent get stunned. Otherwise, with the damage reduction, you would not be able to punish as much your oponent.
It takes about 4 high punch + slide, then a simple habanero dash, then your oponent is stunned. Focus attack + infinite combo, your oponent is now at 5 or 10% of is life total. He will panic, start to jump, then BANG ex guacamole!

Is it just me or did he cancel that loop at 1:23 on purpose? Why else would he finish with a slide instead of keeping it going?
