Here is our first kill of Festergut in the plagueworks wing of ICC. This fight is a gear check more than anything else. The general idea is that your raid spreads out to avoid an AoE vomit effect that the boss will throw at you. Then at intervals a spore will spawn over 3 players heads. This spore acts as an inoculation against Festerguts gas clouds. So your raid will need to stack under spores to receive this inoculation. After the spore disappears the raid will need to spread back out. The enrage timer is very strict here, and if your DPS isn't high enough he'll just wipe your raid. As you can see we just barely made it as Festergut decided he had enough and wiped us.
