Comments are totally unnecessary from both of you. Especially nilei81. Honestly.... in each case people die, the earthquake wasn't the fault of some Americans so don't take your frustration out on them
The honking: I had never seen mourning like this before sitting through 3 minutes this year. It's far more effective than silence. 3 minutes is a long time for horns to blare, and it really makes you realize that 3 minutes of buildings falling was LONG. I had chills down my spine through it.
