[RSMV] United State of Pop (Blame it on the Pop) - DJearworm

I was working on a project with the annotations. I was going to add around 2000 annotations corresponding with each note of the background music of the song. But, since the YouTube layout update, it's about 100x harder and very glitched. Since you can't annotations editor from the video itself, you have to face a bunch of glitches. First off, when you're in the annotations editing system, the video quality is lowered to around 100p resolution. Next, if you add an annotation, to hear the audio again you need to move the volume up and down every annotation. Finally, it is much harder to resize and move the annotations. It took me about 10 seconds per annotation before the update, 2 mins per annotation after. So, I just deleted them all. Thanks a lot, YouTube.
