by the way, to anyone trying to test the sharpness of your blades, avoid cutting paper and cardboard. those are both great ways to dull the edge.

Helle knifes are one of the best overall knife brands if you ask me, i have the Helle GT resemble the safari but with a shorter choil. Im always stropping mine and when i get home its to dull to shave, but has no problems sliceing through paper.. And thats not bad.

@StevenSlaterBA I have actually cut my finger into the bone with a similar knife from Helle, wouldn't recomend it... lol

Obviously a good knife, but I have to say my $10 Mora cuts paper like that.
