Haha I would die if I didn't have marjoram on hand. I use it in almost everything. Sauces, bread, omelets, whatever. I think the one thing in my cabinet that I haven't seen anyone else use is Mongolian Fire Oil from House of Tsang.

I have the same oil too and keep in the fridge, it will go rancid very quickly once it is opened if not. Thinking the bottle says to put in fridge too.
