A day after walking out of the office of the president empty handed, the International Criminal Court prosecutor Louis Moreno Ocampo spent his second day of a crucial mission to Kenya in the most unlikely way; a visit to the animal orphanage. Ocampo whos mission to the country was essentially to hunt for suspects of last years post election violence was taken on a tour of the Nairobi national park in a move that largely came as a surprise. Ocampo met president Mwai Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga in a session that ended in a deadlock, with the Kenyan leaders flatly rejecting Ocampos request to the government to hand to the ICC suspects of post election violence. Ocampo is now scheduled to address a press conference on Saturday morning before leaving the country.

Kibaki n Raila do not trust Balala, they know Mutula is a flip flopper, so he wont tell Ocampo any secrets. Mutula was under clear instructions from the principals to keep Ocampo in the game park for as long as it took so that they can clear all those IDPs who were demonstrating in town. Thats why there was so much security around him. Mutula with his history being a chamelion was a safe bet.

What a way to cover up things, keeping Ocampo away from the media and the IDPs who wanted to meet the man. Mutula you have played a blinder is that what you have been promising us all along that Ocampo is coming for the big beasts instead the beasts are the animals in the game park not in parliament.
